My Pet Peeve for the Letter J
Jeans; the wonderful comfortable piece of clothing that I just
love. After working in the office all day in my dress slacks there is nothing I
enjoy more than coming home and changing into my old comfortable jeans. I will
admit it is hard to find ones that fit me just right and I am picky about them
but once I find the perfect pair, they become part of me. Believe me I know how
hard it is to find the perfect pair of jeans that look stylish AND look good on
me.
What I cannot understand for the life of me is the baggy show your
underwear type jeans. The kind that the crotch hangs down to your knees and don’t
even get me started on the “skinny jeans”. In my eyes, it doesn’t matter if you
are male or female, when you wear these, they are very unflattering. For the
female I’m not sure jeans were intended to allow lines that are supposed to be
covered to show through and for the males, well showing your junk by allowing
it to be VERY revealing in the frontal area is definitely not a flattering
manly type of look either.

Jeans are great, dress them up dress them down. It just seems that I can't find any I like anymore.
